Legal Yearbook

Pravni letopis (Legal Yearbook), ISSN: 1855-5861, COBISS.SI-ID: 243689472, is a scientific journal of the Institute for Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, published since 2008. The journal publishes new scientific articles and discussions and in-depth professional papers that address issues from different areas of law, particularly the fields of civil, commercial, labour, administrative and constitutional law, with special emphasis on comparative legal aspects. The purpose of the journal is to promote the development of Slovenian and European legal science and to foster the exchange of findings between legal theory and legal practice. Each issue of the journal consists of several topical sections selected by the Editorial Board, among which at least one section is dedicated to the topics of ongoing research projects at the Institute. All articles in the journal are peer-reviewed. Pravni letopis is issued annually, in December.
